[LAC-TF] Uso de prefijos 126 / 127 IPv6

Y en general el uso de /127, /126, /112, /96 o /64 sigue siendo debatible.

De hecho tenemos ya un buen rato de no continuar nuestra discusión
trimestral sobre el asunto.
