[LAC-TF] IPv6 llega a 3% de trafico

Hola Alejandro,

Gracias por tu comentario.  Trataré de revisar alguna data de mi pais 
que "aclare" eso de que
Peru (mi pais) tiene una de las más alta conectividades de IPv6 en el 
mundo (la sexta si no recuerdo mal).

He tratado de evitar este tema, pero ya que hoy se dió no me queda más 
que "documentar" lo
mejor posible el caso.

Por mientras, sigamos trabajando en el desarrollo del IPv6.
