[LAC-TF] China multiplica por 2.5 el numero de usuarios de IPv6 durante el fin de semana

Si Telefonica de Argentina u algun otro operador de telefonia movil de
Argentina se llegara a "animar", please tambien animense a poner algunas
antenitas mas, que vienen faltando desde hace rato.
