[LAC-TF] la noticia que estábamos esperando ... ya no hay alternativa en las redes celulares

Precisamente la diferencia es que en la charla y la info enviada a los app developers, se indico que se les daba aproximadamente un año de plazo y que se indicaría la fecha exacta, que es lo que se ha hecho ahora.
