[LAC-TF] interesante crecimiento de IPv6 en algunos países

Muy interesantes.

Peru se estanco un poco en el 15% y ya Ecuador es el lider con cerca del
20% y creciendo. Brasil creciendo constantemente ya en 8%.

Bolivia un brinco grande pero se quedo en 4% y Trinidad ya en 3% con
crecimiento constante.
