[LAC-TF] Multi-ipv6 support (multi-router, multi-interface, multi-prefix) IETF draft

Estimades,

Postie una revision de el IETF I-D draft-gont-v6ops-multi-ipv6. Es el 
enunciado del problema respecto del soporte the multiples router, 
multiples interfces, y multiples prefijos por parte de los hosts IPv6.

Spoiler: salvo en casos especificos, el soporte es malo o inexistente.

Esta version pule un poco el texto, e incorpora dos casos que deberian 
ser soportados por cualquier solucion a este problema, para que si tenes 
un working set {source address, next-hop, RDNSS), no termines como el 
tano pasman (parental advisory, explict lyrics:

Abstract:

    This document discusses current limitations in IPv6 Stateless Address
    Auto-configuration (SLAAC) that prevent support for common multi-
    router, multi-interface, and multi-prefix scenarios.  It provides
    discussion on the challenges that these scenarios represent, and why
    a solution in this space is warranted.  Finally, it specifies a
    number of common scenarios that any solution in this space should be
    able to address.
