Play, will debut ahead of Cinemax Go's reported launch before the end of
the year and will be offered to subscribers of the basic pay TV package at
no extra charge.

Customers will also gain access to video-on-demand services for AXN, E! and
History, according to the report. Sony Pictures is a unit of Sony Corp.

"SmackDown," "Main Event," "NXT" and "WWE Vintage Collection," will be
shown on a weekly basis on FOX Sports, FOX Sports 2 and the regional
digital platform FOX Play.

Moreover, WWE's pay-per-view specials will be available via FOX's Premium
offers in Latin America and on FOX Play in Brazil.

The multiyear, multitransponder deal will allow HBO Latin America to
utilize capacity from three Intelsat premiere satellite neighborhoods to
distribute content to cable, direct to home and IPTV providers in Latin
America; increase the HD channel lineup; and provide access to more viewers
in the region.

"Our Intelsat distribution network will provide HBO LAG with increased
coverage and redundancy, helping cable head end penetration, and improving
our business opportunities in this fast growing region," Emilio Otermin,
HBO LAG senior vice president of technology and operations, said in a Sept.
12 news release.

2014. In addition, TV Everywhere service Cartoon Network Go will launch
during the second half, according to the report.
