</font></b>Este es un llamado abierto a nominaciones en la región de
LACNIC para completar las tres vacantes que se generarán el próximo 31 de
diciembre. Actualmente LACNIC cuenta con tres representantes sin voto en
el Consejo de Direcciones por no ser aún un Registro reconocido
oficialmente por el ICANN .<br>
Debido a que el reconocimiento oficial formal de LACNIC es esperado para
el próximo 31 de octubre, los tres nuevos representantes elegidos,
tendrán todos los derechos en el AC. <br>
<br>
Los tres representantes elegidos serán parte del Consejo de Direcciones
por 3, 2 y 1 año respectivamente, a partir del 1 de enero del 2003.<br>

</font></b>This is an open calling for nominations for LACNIC region to fill the three vacancies that will be produced next December 31st. Given that LACNIC has not yet an official recognition by ICANN, its three representatives have no vote in the Address Council. <br>
Since this official formal recognition of LACNIC is expected to happen next October 31st.<font size=1> </font>the three newly elected representatives will be granted all rights in the AC.<br>
The three elected representatives will be members of the Address Council for three, two, and one year respectively, starting on January 1st, 2003.<br>
