LACNIC (http://www.lacnic.net) es la organización internacional con sede
en Montevideo (Uruguay) que administra el espacio de direcciones IP, la
Resolución Inversa, los Números de Sistemas Autónomos, y otros recursos
para la región de América Latina y el Caribe en nombre de la comunidad
Internet.
En el marco de la realización de la decimoséptima reunión anual de
LACNIC (LACNIC XVII), en la ciudad de Quito (Ecuador), tendrá lugar el
"7mo Evento de Seguridad en Redes para América Latina y el Caribe"
(LACSEC 2012).
Este año, LACSEC contará con una mayor cantidad de presentaciones a
cargo de miembros de la comunidad regional y la comunidad
internacional de la seguridad informática.

LACNIC (http://www.lacnic.net) is the international organization based
in Montevideo (Uruguay) that is responsible for administrating the IP
address space, Reverse Resolution, Autonomous System Numbers and other
resources for the region of Latin America and the Caribbean on behalf of
the Internet community.
The "7th Network Security Event for Latin America and the Caribbean"
(LACSEC 2012) will be held in Quito, Ecuador, within the framework of
LACNIC's seventeenth annual meeting (LACNIC XVII).
