[LACNIC/Seguridad] PGP Keysigning / CACert Assurance in Quito

During the 17th LACNIC conference in Quito
[http://lacnic.net/en/eventos/lacnicxvii/] we will try and have a little
meeting for mutual PGP key signing and CACert assurance, namely after
the LACSEC meeting on Tuesday 8th of May, should be between 17:30 and
18:00. If you're unfamiliar with these events, here's a thorough
introduction for PGP:

http://cacert.org/ has the corresponding procedures for CACert
certificates.
In short:
- For CACert, sign  up on their site if you haven't sone so yet, and
  print out the Assurance Form you'll find in your account.
- For PGP, bring your key ID and fingerprint. As I've only received two
  keys so far, I probably won't prepare a list.
- In any case, you don't need a computer but you will need at least one
  official photo ID, better two (especially if your ID is something like
  the old Ecuadorian cédula that any color xerox can reproduce)

grupo de firmas para PGP y certificados de CACert. El tiempo previsto
será después de la reunión de LACSEC el martes 8 de mayo entre 17:30 y
18:00. Si no conozcas los procedimientos para estos grupos, aquí hay una

http://cacert.org/ tiene los procedimientos correspondientes para
certificados de CACert.
En breve:
- Para CACert, hazte una cuenta en el síto deles si no lo tienes
  todavía, y imprime el formulario para assurance que vas a encontrar en
  tu cuenta.
- Para PGP, trae la ID y fingerprint de tu llave. Ya que solo he
  recibido dos llaves hast ahora, probablemente no voy a preparar una
  lista.
- En todo caso, no vas a necesitar una computadora. Lo que sí necesitas
  es pro lo menos una identificación oficial con foto, mejor dos
  (especialmente si una es algo como la cédula ecuatoriana antigua que
  toda copiadora en colores puede reproducir)
