RFC #25 para Argentina.
Esta version, entre otras cosas, elimina el uso de los fragmentos
atomicos, eliminando un vector de ataque.

(SIIT), which translates between IPv4 and IPv6 packet headers
(including ICMP headers). This document obsoletes RFC 6145.
This is now a Proposed Standard.
