<b>Application at CARICERT</b><br>
<br>
Tasks:<br>
• Analyze vulnerabilities in hardware and software,<br>
• Analyze malware,<br>
• Share information within the team easily, but always ensure a need
to know basis.<br>
• Create risk analysis and advice on measures to be taken, either
internally, for constituents<br>
or for the general public.<br>
• Presenting at (inter) national symposia or for constituents is
part of the job.<br>
• Help organizing the CERT internally, describe processes, create
policies and workflows,<br>
and develop security policies and best practices.<br>
• Report to the head of the CERT.<br>

Contacts with:<br>
• International CERTs.<br>
• Security community and introduce CARICERT to this community.<br>
Requirements:<br>
• An outstanding knowledge of cyber crime as identity fraud,
phishing, hacking and know<br>
where to find your information.<br>
• Proven track record in de CERT community, preferably in
governmental or national<br>
operating CERTs. You have an outstanding international CERT network.
You are highly<br>
recognized by the CERT community.<br>
• Communication skills, in writing, speaking and presenting.<br>
• Fluent in English.<br>
• Skilled in Spanish is preferable.<br>
• Ability to work together efficiently and effectively.<br>
• Flexible, result oriented, creative, stress resistant.<br>
• Strongly developed analytical and organizational skills.<br>
• Ability to handle large amount of information and create readable
advises.<br>
• Entrepreneur.<br>

Conditions:<br>
A Security Screening is part of the solicitation procedure.<br>
