<p> <i>LACNIC y APWG anunciaron hoy la firma de un acuerdo de
colaboración con el objetivo concientizar a los usuarios de
Internet de América Latina y el Caribe en materia de
ciberseguridad y autoayuda informada.</i></p>
<p> <strong>PARA. PIENSA. CONÉCTATE.™</strong> (<a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.stopthinkconnect.org/" target="_blank">https://www.stopthinkconnect.org/</a>)
es una campaña de sensibilización global sobre temas de
ciberseguridad que busca concientizar a la mayor cantidad
posible de usuarios de Internet alrededor del mundo. </p>
<p> El objetivo de este acuerdo es intercambiar información sobre
desarrollos presentes y futuros en cuanto a iniciativas de
ciberseguridad entre los miembros de ambos grupos. </p>

colaboração a fim de conscientizar os usuários da Internet da
América Latina e o Caribe nas áreas da segurança informática e
autoajuda informada.</i></p>
<p> <strong>PARE. PENSE. CONECTE-SE.™</strong> (<a

é uma campanha de sensibilização global em questões de segurança
informática que visa conscientizar o maior número possível de
usuários da Internet ao redor do mundo. </p>
<p> O objetivo deste acordo é a troca de informações sobre
desenvolvimentos presentes e futuros de iniciativas de segurança
cibernética entre os membros dos dois grupos. </p>

CONNECT. Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign Across the Region</h2>
<p> <strong>LACNIC and the APWG announced today the signing of
a collaboration agreement aimed at raising awareness on
cybersecurity and informed self-help among Latin American
and Caribbean Internet users.</strong></p>
<p> <strong>STOP. THINK. CONNECT.™ </strong>(<a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.stopthinkconnect.org/" target="_blank">https://www.stopthinkconnect.org/</a>)
is a global cybersecurity awareness campaign that seeks to
raise the awareness among the largest possible number of
Internet users throughout the world.</p>
<p> The goal of this agreement is to share information on
current and future cybersecurity initiatives and developments
by members of both groups.</p>
<p> <em>"At LACNIC WARP (<em><a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://warp.lacnic.net/" target="_blank">Warning,
Advice and Reporting Point</a></em>) we believe it is
important to help promote and raise awareness on the
importance of using the Internet in a safe way, especially

<p> The goal of this campaign is to provide tips and warnings on
cybersecurity issues so that the most vulnerable users will
have tools to help keep them safer online.</p>

working with LACNIC to expand the campaign's footprint across
the nations of our Americas - and to discovering new and
