Dear members of the LACNIC policy mailing list,

The call for consensus for the global policy proposal LAC-2009-08
"Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Policy for Allocation of
ASN Blocks (ASNs) to Regional Internet Registries" is over. As chairs
of the LACNIC Policy Development Forum we found that consensus has
been reached and we will forward the proposal to the LACNIC Board of
Directors.

We would like to thank everyone that participated in this first
experience of the LACNIC expedite Policy Development Process that we
believe has been very successful.

Best Regards,

Francisco Arias
