Proyecto ERX

El Proyecto ERX (Early Registration Transfer), empezado en Enero de
2003 tenía el objetivo de transferir a los RIRs apropiados, recursos
asignados por el registro Central antes de la formación de los
Registros de Internet Regionales.

Los bloques referentes a LACNIC fueron transferidos en su totalidad,
siendo completada la transferencia de su ultimo conjunto el 20 de
octubre pasado. Por lo tanto, el proyecto ya ha finalizado en lo que
concierne a LACNIC.

Un total de 155 bloques IPv4 fueron transferidos y las organizaciones
siguen siendo contactadas para que hagan las actualizaciones de
informacion necesarias.

Projeto ERX

O projeto ERX (Early Registration Transfer), iniciado em Janeiro de
2003, visava transferir para os RIRs apropriados recursos alocados
pelo registro Central antes da formação dos Registros Internet
Regionais.

Os blocos referentes ao LACNIC foram transferidos em sua totalidade,
sendo que o último conjunto teve sua transferência completada em 20 de
outubro passado. Portanto, o projeto já foi finalizado no que tange ao
LACNIC.

Ao total 155 blocos IPv4 foram transferidos e as organizações seguem
sendo contactadas para que façam as atualizações necessárias.

ERX Project

ERX (Early Registration Transfer) project, started on January 2003 had
the objective of transferring to proper RIRs Internet resources
assigned by the Central Registry before Regional Internet Registry
formation.

The IP blocks related to LACNIC were all transfered to LACNIC, being
the last set had its transfer completed last October 20th. Therefore,
the project has ended in what is related to LACNIC.

A total of 155 IP blocks were transfered and the organization are
still being contact to have its information updated.
