  *LACNIC abre la convocatoria de la tercera edición de Líderes 2.0*

//El Programa Líderes 2.0 de LACNIC <https://bit.ly/36ZKaOO>abre la 
convocatoria para la tercera edición de su iniciativa de financiación y 
tutoría de proyectos de investigación sobre temas de Gobernanza de 
Internet en América Latina y el Caribe.

Líderes 2.0 continuará brindando apoyo clave a las comunidades locales 
de gobernanza de internet para investigar temas seleccionados, y 
amplificará el conocimiento de dichos problemas en toda la región e 
incluso en el mundo.

Este año las categorías las categorías temáticas incluyen:

- /Desarrollo inclusivo de Internet: impacto en Derechos Humanos/

/- Seguridad y confianza: Cooperación fortalecida/

/- Internet y productividad/

/- Riesgos de la fragmentación de Internet/

Los trabajos seleccionados tendrán acceso a financiamiento de USD 1,500, 
el apoyo de un mentor con conocimientos sobre cuestiones globales de 
gobernanza de Internet y un período de tres meses para realizar su 
proyecto de investigación.

O Programa Líderes 2.0 do LACNIC 
<https://www.lacnic.net/5482/3/lacnic/lideres-20> abre a chamada para a 
terceira edição de sua iniciativa de financiamento e tutoria de projetos 
de pesquisa sobre questões da Governança da Internet na América Latina e 
o Caribe.

O Líderes 2.0 vai continuar fornecendo apoio fundamental às comunidades 
locais da governança da Internet para pesquisar assuntos selecionados, e 
ampliar o conhecimento sobre esses problemas em toda a região e até no 
mundo.

Neste ano, as categorias temáticas incluem:

Os trabalhos selecionados terão acesso a um financiamento de até U$S 
1500, o apoio de um mentor com conhecimento em questões globais de

  *LACNIC Opens Call for Proposals for the 3rd Edition of the Líderes
  2.0 Program*

LACNIC's Líderes 2.0 
Program<https://www.lacnic.net/5481/2/lacnic/lideres-20>announces that 
the call for proposals for the third edition of its initiative to fund 
and mentor research projects on Internet Governance issues in Latin 
America and the Caribbean is now open.

Líderes 2.0 will continue to provide vital support so that local 
Internet governance communities can conduct research on their selected 
topics and will broaden the knowledge of these issues across the region 
and around the globe.

This year, the program will support research in the following thematic 
categories:

-Inclusive Internet Development: Human Rights Impact

-Security and Trust: Strengthened Cooperation

-Internet and Productivity

-Internet fragmentation risks

Selected proposals will receive US$1,500 in funding, will be supported 
by a mentor knowledgeable about global Internet governance issues, and 
will have a period of three months to complete their research project.
