[Ietf-lac] HUBs

Estimados, en dos semanas tendrá lugar el IETF en Dallas y tendremos una nueva oportunidad de organizar Hubs remotos. 

Esta vez, en lugar de seguir todos el mismo working group (como hicimos con el WG Sprint la vez anterior) podemos organizar los hubs por temas de interés. Tendremos ayuda en Dallas para las sesiones que elijamos como Hub remoto.
