Hi all,

I’d like to welcome Joey Salazar as co-coordinator of the Education,
Mentoring, and Outreach Directorate (EMODIR). Joey will be ramping up in
the role this calendar year as a co-coordinator with Karen O’Donoghue, who
has been leading the directorate since its inception. Joey is a software
engineer, open source developer, and Senior Programme Officer at ARTICLE
19, where she leads one of the team's engagement programs focusing on
policies, standards, and protocol implementations.
