Russ Housley (actual Chair de IETF) envio un mensaje aclarando con
mayor detalle, que los comentarios vertidos en el articulo relacionado
con Net Neutrality fueron su propia opinion y no la posicion de IETF o
algo parecido.

Este fue el mensaje de Russ al respecto:
