Dear all,
CONATEL 2011 will take place in Arequipa, Peru, on 17-20 May, 2011. 
This conference intends to become an international forum, with 
emphasis on regional interaction.

The Technical Program Committee, that includes academics from 
Latinoamerica, Ireland, Portugal an Spain, invites authors to 
contribute to this conference by submitting papers that illustrate 
research results, projects, surveys and industrial experiences 
describing significant advances in the following areas:

February 1, 2011: Notification of acceptance
March 1, 2011: Deadline for camera-ready paper
