La dirección del draft
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-v6ops-3177bis-end-sites-01)
permite hacer un diff entre las versiones del draft, o entre el draft
y 3177, pero por alguna razon no permite ver las diferencias entre el
segundo draft y el rfc. Al final hice lo que sugieres, y efectivamente
hay hartos cambios (parecen ser más de forma que de fondo) asi que a
leer el rfc....
