Yes, I was thinking of dropping a router into an IX and getting
back-haul (probably from Level3) to North America, to the content
source. I will check out Globenet though as they sound interesting.
Also I will do some homework on NOTA as this could also be very
useful.

Again, thanks for all the information, plenty to read here. I will go
an research further and probably be back with more questions ;)
