[lacnog] Peering in Brazil

Peering in Brazilian IXPs is not regulated by anyone. If you just get a lan2lan service you don't even need a colo. Most of these providers have switches to the IXP in their premises and will do the jumpers for you for free.

Expect 500+ MACs on you lan2lan service.
