[lacnog] Training Opportunity on Open Spectrum and Applications of White Spaces Technologies

Hello everyone

The International Centre for Theoretical for Physics (ICTP), in 
collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union, the 
Network Startup Resource Center (NSRC) and the National Institute of 
Telecommunications (NIT, Poland), is organising a training course on 
Open Spectrum and  Applications of White Spaces Technologies to be held 
in Trieste, Italy from 3 to 14 March 2014.

Attached is a poster with more information about the TVWS course and how 
to apply. Application deadline is December 1.

As there are some people on this list who might be interested, or know 
people in their countries who might be interested, please feel free to 
distribute this info.
