[lacnog] Google DNS from South America

En el mes de Septiembre fue cuando el gobierno de Brasil pidió mover
algunos servicios a Brasil para estar bajo su jurisdicción.

Esto fue exactamente lo contrario (el 8.8.8.8 que estaba en Brasil
dejó de atender). Tendrá alguna relación?
