Hail NANOG BCOPers!

While they did misspell BCOP, the Euro IX folks have drafted a BCOP on
the operation of an IXP. You'll remember that we've decided to split the
existing XP BCOP into two parts: One for operators of IXPs and one for
participants in/at BCOPs.

The IXP operator BCOP is ready for final review:
https://www.euro-ix.net/euro-ix-bcp. Please take a look, share with
other IXP experts, etc. and get me feedback by the end of October.

The IXP participant BCOP is in progress:
