Dear community

As it is known to all, the formula chosen for the selection of the 3
remaining members to complete LACNOG Board, was by means of an electronic
voting in which the community would elect one member and the Nominations
Committee (NOMCOM) would evaluate the other contenders, selecting 2 people
deemed most suitable.

The result obtained from the voting between 19 and 25 January 2015 were:

ARIEL Weher 		23.7% votes
GUILLERMO Cicileo 	23.7% votes
MARIANO ROGERIO 	20.0% votes
Lacier DAYS 		19.2% votes
EDWIN VEGA SALAZAR 	08.1% votes
LUCIANO Minuchin 	05.2% votes

Number of Voters: 135
Total votes: 135

Considering the existing tie between candidates and Guillermo Ariel Weher
Cicileo (with 23.7% votes each) analysis was performed by the NOMCOM.

Whereas by the suitability, contribution and prestige of both contenders in
the LACNOG community, the NOMCOM assumes the results of the vote, accepting
the inclusion of:

- *Ariel Weher*
- Y *Guillermo Cicileo*

in *LACNOG Board* .

Given this situation, NOMCOM (exceptionally), will choose only one more
member to the Board among the remaining four candidates.

Congratulations to Ariel and William and our thanks to all the other
candidates.
