Nooooooo Luis! Hereje! Ud me esta sugiriendo que en IETF la afiliacion
de un autor puede hacer diferencia?

Que locura.. a mi me habian vendido que eso nunca ocurria :-), y que los
latinoamericanos la peleabamos en igual de condiciones. Ahora estoy
confundido :-)
