Since our recent survey of 1.9M such agreements showed that fewer than 0.07% had any written agreement at all, and fewer than 0.02% had asymmetric terms, you might wish to restructure your options as:

 

0%

Up to 0.01%

0.011% - 0.05%

0.051% - 100%

 

Also, none of your multiple-choice include “none of the above” which seems to be the only correct answer for many of them.
