Dear Colleagues,

We'd like to announce a "Save the Date" and "Call for Speakers" for the
FIRST Technical Colloquium that will be held together with LAC-CSIRTs
meeting in Rosario - Argentina, during the regional event LACNIC
30/LACNOG 2018, hosted by CABASE.

The FIRST-TC and LAC-CSIRTs meeting will take place on Tuesday 25^th and
Wednesday 26^th from 9.00 to 13:00

CALL FOR SPEAKERS

We are seeking CSIRTs teams interested in presenting during the meeting.

 Some suggested topics are as follows:

   * Lessons learned, case studies, etc. during security incident management

   * Attack trend updates (malware, bots, DDoS, etc)

   * DNS, IPv6 and routing security

   * Privacy and data protection (issues to consider, regulation, case

     studies)

   * Impact of data breaches and data protection regulation in

     Incident Response

   * Incident response tools, trends and security technologies

   * Internet of Things

   * Other topics relevant to incident respons

For your submission, please provide the following information to:

- Title

- Abstract

- Presenter's Name, Affiliation

- Estimated Time – should be between 30 and 60 minutes
