About AS 14522 (Satnet, EC): I just contacted its technical staff, and
they will fix the misconfigured ROAs soon.

In NAP.EC, we permanently work on contacting Ecuadorian ASNs with
prefixes in Not-found or Invalid state, but we overlooked this one
because they are new in IPv6 and don't have IPv6 connection with us.

Following those prefixes demands time, and I can say it is not a simple
job.
