[lacnog] Cambio de política de RIPE sobre su registro de rutas / Changes in the way out-of-region objects are managed and represented in the RIPE Database

Este cambio en RIPE afectará los anuncios de prefijos de LACNIC que se usan
en Europa (ahí casi todos los proveedores utilizan la información del IRR
de RIPE para los filtros BGP).

Se podrá usar la información de RPKI en LACNIC para que RIPE no le baje la
"confianza" a las entradas route(6) de prefijos de LACNIC ?
