[lacnog] Axtel - otro caso recurrente de abuso que no contesta a los requerimientos

Por aclarar, olvide indicar explícitamente que es un tema de datos personales y spam masivo, de ahí la mención de las Agencias de Protección de Datos, que se ocupan de las denuncias del GDPR.

Es algo que debería conocer todos, aunque no estén en Europa, pues si hay tráfico de datos personales (ejemplo emails) de ciudadanos/residentes europeos, en sus redes, les incumbe igualmente, por mucho que no estén en EU.

Para aquellos que no lo sepan, las sanciones son de hasta 20 millones de Euros.

Correcto, aquí en el threat agregue a un par de compañeros que podrían contactar a Axtel para consultarles, pero ocupamos mas detalle.

    Tienen un problema grave con el cliente de la IP 189.212.3.119. Este problema se esta repitiendo desde mediados de diciembre, de forma muy reincidente en cientos de cuentas de correo.

    Parece que el cliente de Axtel es Mezcaleads.

    Anteriormente tuvimos los mismos problemas, con los mismos delincuentes, en el año 2011 y 2016.

    Los contactos de whois (Cesar Popocatl Romero Bernal y Jose German Segura Cabrero), y otros contactos que ya teníamos porque como indico, este abuso se repite (creemos que por parte del mismo cliente de Axtel), NO RESPONDEN.

    Afortunadamente con la nueva legislación que protege mucho mejor a los ciudadanos/residentes Europeos, la cosa se pondrá bien fea para ellos, y esta mañana hemos iniciado diligencias judiciales y en las Agencias de Protección de Datos.
