[lacnog] Disney+ esta usando IPv6

A DSS - Disney Streaming Services (AS22604 -
https://www.peeringdb.com/net/15627) basicamente vai atender Latam com
acordos on-net de contratos que ele possui como o da Hulu com a
CenturyLink. Vejam que para se fazer deep-cache e montar sua rede própria
de CDN isso vai demorar bastante mesmo que se tenha recurso financeiro
jorrando, *pois isso depende de interconexão (SFI/SBI/PNI e bons IP
Transit) e construir relacionamentos e isso demora bastante (principalmente
construir relacionamentos)*, veja que o Netflix demorou ~ 5 anos para
chegar a um bom patamar e capilaridade com o OCA, o Facebook levou cerca de
~ 3 anos com o FNA, então não esperem que a DSS e o serviço do Disney+ seja
excelente com muita capilaridade em toda Latam em um curto prazo.
