Hello,

Facebook told us that Telefonica Peru AS6147 is announcing part of our 
address ranges to a Facebook cache cluster.

Address ranges are

192.167.8.0/23
192.167.18.0/23
192.167.16.0/23
192.167.14.0/23
192.167.12.0/23
192.167.10.0/23

The route 192.167.0.0/16 is owned and originated by GARR:
