[lacnog] Duda sobre Vobile Inc

Buen día y saludos a todos,

Recibí un correo de parte de Brad Bo, que se identifica como una persona
que trabaja para Vobile Inc, en representación de Paramount Pictures. El
correo comenta que desde las ips que tengo asignadas se detectó que alguien
está usando bittorrent para compartir películas de Paramount. Aquí me
quedan una dudas, a ver si alguien que ha pasado por algo similar me puede
dar un norte.

1. ¿Técnicamente han implementado? Bittorrent es muy difícil de bloquear
porque utiliza puertos aleatorios, y en nuestro caso usamos CGNAT para la
distribución de ips. Si bloqueamos un bloque grande de puertos puede que
muchas otras aplicaciones queden bloqueadas también. Al momento lo que
implementaremos es un registro de qué usuarios usan los puertos mencionados
en el correo.
2.  ¿Alguien puede dar fe de la veracidad de esta persona y esta compañía?
3. ¿Ha habido algún caso registrado, donde se levante una acción legal
contra un ISP por causa de que uno de sus usuarios esté haciendo mal uso de
las ips? ¿es factible que pase algo así?
