Hola Fernando,

Parece como que el input rate threshold del LOG esta configurado al 
50%.... ese es un threshold que esta configurado de minima y solo genera 
log, hay otro escalón que genera alarma que creo que es el que te 
muestra cuando haces el "display interface" . O sea tenes un log 
threshold en 50% y un alarm threshold en 80%

Podes probar poniendo el log threshold de input en la interfaz en 80% y dejarian de pasarte esos log
