[lacnog] IPv6 en Github

Hola,

discrepo un poco. El fin de github hace mucho que dejo de ser solo git. 
Asi empezó, pero hace bastante tiempo que es más que eso.

Hoy por hoy hay muchísimo contenido en GitHub Pages, por lo que creo 
que es un agregado más que bienvenido. De hecho, creo que es bastante 
más importante que este  contenido esté en IPv6 que el propio git.
