[lacnog] LACNIC RPKI RRDP unexpected delta mutation

Hi all,

It would be helpful if LACNIC could at least acknowledge this issue,
even if it's not yet clear exactly causes this issue or what the remedy
would be.

In the face of there not immediately being a solution, I have some
follow-up questions in context of reactive remedial actions:

1/ Is LACNIC actively monitoring for this issue, or depending on
   reports from the community? (like this email thread)

2/ When this error condition is detected, does LACNIC proactively reset
   the RRDP session to attempt to guarantee all RPs fully resynchronize?
