[LAC-TF] Conexion a Abilene de CLARA

Gracias por la informacion Daniel.

En Clara se esta ya trabajando duro para poner en marcha IPv6 nativo, asi
que espero que lo antes posible tengamos buenas noticias tambien en este
sentido.
