[LAC-TF] VE IPv6 TF: Estructura organizativa

Bueno, esto depende mucho de cada pais, pero mi recomendación es que tenga
al menos 3 patas:

1) Industria local
2) Gobierno
3) Educacion

La industria local podria estar representada por una o varias organizaciones
o asociaciones profesionales. Creo que es la mejor forma de no excluir a
nadie.

Tambien es importante facilitar la participacion de individuos y
emprendedores.

No soy muy partidario de organizaciones con "presidencias" sino que optaria
mas bien por comites ejecutivos.
