Si, lo que necesitas es una entrada de video en la PC que servira de
streaming Server. Nosotros heacemos regularmente streamings de video, el
ultimo fue para el Eclipse anular que se vio en Madrid

Otra puntualización importante, ISABEL NO es para streaming de video (como
la aplicación que quieres y explicas arriba), es una herramienta
colaborativa para multiconferencia (ve la intro en
http://isabel.dit.upm.es/).


Asi que para tu aplicación lo mejor seria VLC.


Finalmente, acabo de recordar otra opcion, el DVTS
(http://www.sfc.wide.ad.jp/DVTS/) que existe para casi todos los sistemas
operativos y que soporta IPv4/IPv6 unicast y multicast (ASM y SSM). Es muy
bueno solo que produce streams de 30Mbps
