[LAC-TF] Inalcanzabilidad(es) usando 6to4

Creo que se resuelve facilmente si se activa 6to4 tambien en los sitios
webs, porque en ese caso, no se utilizan reles "externos" que son los que
frecuentemente estan bloqueando el path, o bien bloqueos producidos por
ISPs.
