Es imposible afirmar eso sin un contexto mas detallado de la red.

Habitualmente, lo ideal seria un despligue dual-stack o con tecnologias 6PE.

Si eso no fuera posible, asumiendo los casos tipicos de redes con los que
nos hemos encontrado, yo diria que lo ideal seria una combinacion de 6to4
(para aquellos usuarios de la red que disponen de direcciones IPv4 publicas,
o equipos que aun teniendo direcciones privadas permiten encapsulado
proto.41 - 6in4, y por tanto funciona 6to4), y Teredo (para aquellos
usuarios que se hallan detrás de NATs que no permiten proto-41 - 6in4).

Si la red esta dotada de soporte L2TP, entonces, lo ideal es utilizar en
lugar de 6to4 y Teredo, softwires (basicamente IPv6 en L2TP).
