[LAC-TF] RV: World IPv6 Day - Día Mundial de Internet

Estimado Raúl, 
me uno a las felicitaciones de Mariela, somos testigos del trabajo incesante
de LACNIC por impulsar el despliegue de IPv6 en la región de America Latina
y Caribe, algo que también debe ser resaltado es el impulso brindado en capacitación, 
difusión y el esfuerzo para unirnos como comunidad latinoamericana.
