[LAC-TF] IPv6 en Peru

Hace unos años, con motivo de LACNIC en Lima, preparamos su backbone MPLS
para dar soporte nativo IPv6 al evento, y hubo también varias reuniones
con directivos y personal responsable de la red, asi que poco a poco todo
ello va dando sus frutos !
