[LAC-TF] IPv6 en Peru

Buen Dia,

Y de las ligas comentadas en el tema de ARIN, me llama la atencion las 
graficas de usuarios, donde aparecen ya mas usuarios en Peru:

Sera ya reflejo de lo comentado ?
