[LAC-TF] registro en "censo" de operadores de IPv6 de ISOC

Hola a todos,

Me dicen que hay muchos operadores, especialmente de Centroamérica, pero también del resto de LAC, que no se han registrado en la página de ISOC de IPv6.

Ello permite tener estadísticas actualizadas de trafico más precisas, así que please, en cuanto tengáis unos minutos:
