Hola Raul

Concuerdo contigo son cosas distintas (lo de 
Chile y Rep. Dominicana), pero con un mismo 
origen, un desarrollo desde el gobierno (y que 
requiere de cierta normatividad), distinto a los 
procesos desde el sector privado (naps en 
argentina, peru o colombia por citar), siendo 
asi, para una clasificacion unos vienen 
impulsados/promovidos/fomentados/generados desde 
el sector gob, los otros tienen en la 
autoregulacion (porque al final es una 
autoregulacion basada en el acuerdo y 
manifestacion de voluntades) del sector privado.

Y al igual que tu, si hay alguien de RD que nos de un poco mas de luz.
