[LACNIC/Politicas] Propuestas para LACNIC VI

Estimados,

Necesito plantear una política en el próximo evento de LACNIC. ¿Cual es
la seccion mas apropiada para hacerlo? 

¿Puedo comenzar a canalizarlo mediante esta lista? 

¿Existe algun formato especial para hacer estos planteamientos?
